I had a wonderful experience at Koenecke Ford, Reedsburg. First of all no pressure, they give you the space to look the vehicle over and test drive on your own and time to think it over. I was offered a decent price for a trade in. When all was said and done I bought a beautiful used Ford Edge with the features I wanted for a fair price. I had a small issue that needed to be taken care of after the purchase; this was taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. The sales persons and the persons in the shop area were fantastic and made purchasing a used vehicle a pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car this fall to take a lovely drive to Koenecke Ford Reedsburg and check them out. I love my 2014 Ford Edge and the service I received by the friendly staff at Koenecke Ford.
Nice people. Very small townish. They forgot to complete the dealer section of the title and spent two weeks in a hassle with the DMV. No postal service to the remote dealership. We were charged late fees for the title transfer.
