Great food even better price
The pizza itself is always good. I just wanna mention the attitude. I was a pizza hut delivary driver for two years. You ALWAYS bring plates. And when a customer says "you didnt bring any plates?" your response shiuldnt be "well why i? We never bring plates unless you ask. Sorry i guess" WAYS BRING PLATES. Dude kn the phone wasnt much better. Trying to rush me off the phone instead of asking if i was paying now or cash at the door. Take some pride in your work. Yea its customer service and you get rude peoole i know this. But i wasnt rude. So treat me with respect.
Our normal waitress has been on maternity leave and I can't wait for her to be back. She knows our drinks when we walk in the door and she is nice.
Food wise I think pizza ranch has a better salad bar. And pizza hut's quality has been slipping over the past 10 years. 20 years ago this place was the best. Now it seems to be struggling.
I was livid about the waitress, and I didn't tip. I have worked in food service for 22 years, I have never walked away from a table like that, or yelled at people like that. She took the check off the table in front of me, instead of waiting. Then she was so upset at the tip of 2 cents she was yelling loud enough for the restaurant to hear.
This was one of the worst dine in experiences I have had in my life. Our waitress was better suited for a different job than a person in the customer service. She was so loud, that you could hear her talking in the kitchen, wile we were at our table across the returant. She yelled at somsie customers that seated themselves because no one was at the counter for 5 mins.
My wife and I both ordered the salad bar, our daughter order some pasta, we also got French fries, wings, and cheese bread. Nothing came to the table at the same time. Our daughter was waiting on food for 20 minutes wile we had everything else at the table. The pasta was still in the metal tin, not even transferred to the bowl, the tin was in the bowl. The pasta sucked as well. The salad bar was sad. There was nothing satisfying about the meal. Asking for a box she returned with a paper lid for the pasta. This lady was more into herself than her customers.
It would be a one star if nick and Alexis didn't work there. But yeah pretty good rn
Always goos service whwn i go. They take my card over the phone so all i have to do is pick it up very convient.
When we were first seated I was answering my wife's question with a yes. The waitress came up and asked an "or" question. Are you ready or do you need a minute? She took my yes to my wife as an answer and immediately turned and ran off. Just logically you can not say yes to an or question. You have to choose an option of the or question.
